Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or have received an incorrect product, we stand behind the quality of our items. In the event that you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for this table. Should the rare occurrence of breakage or incorrect shipment happen, we take full responsibility and will promptly send you a replacement product free of charge or provide a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we accept cancellations within 5 hours of purchase. However, beyond this timeframe, we are unable to accept cancellations as the order may have already entered the crafting process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will send a confirmation to the email address provided during the return process. We will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
